It is with sincere sadness that we announce the permanent closure of North Nashville Animal Hospital, effective 9/26/25.

The relationships we built with you and your beloved pets were deep, genuine, and incredibly meaningful. From the very beginning, our mission was to provide compassionate, personalized care. And thanks to you, we were able to live that mission every single day.

We are grateful beyond words for the trust you placed in us, for the wagging tails, the purrs, and the quiet moments of care and connection. Your support has meant the world, and being part of your pets’ lives, even briefly, has left a lasting imprint on our hearts.

• Your pet’s medical records will be available for three years.
• Please request them by emailing records@northnashvilleah.com (allow 5 business days for processing).
• After we close, this email will remain monitored for record requests.
